The monthly rate will be billed per month. The minimum food charges will be billed quarterly.

Initiation Fee

My fee, which will accompany this membership application, will be paid online after submission. It is agreed that my membership will not be effective unless and until this application is approved by the owner, and if this application is disapproved by the owner, all funds deposited herewith shall be immediately refunded to me and this application shall be cancelled and thereafter null and void.

It is understood that, subject to the rules and Regulations of Red Fox. Red Fox shall have the exclusive right to determine the dues which will be charged to all members of Red Fox. Membership in The Red Fox does not confer upon me any ownership or liability for the property and assets owned by Red Fox, and I am assuming no liabilities in connection with this membership other than the payment of the sums set forth, the applicable dues (as established from time to time) and charges incurred by me, my family, and guest in the use of
faculties of Red Fox.

Refunds and Resignation
It is understood that I may resign from Red Fox by giving thirty (30) days written notice to Red Fox and by paying any dues or other charges which I may be liable, and I shall not thereafter be subject to any other dues or charges: it being further agreed however, that I may not offset dues and charges against the Initiation Fee.

By Laws, Rules and Regulations
It is agreed that this membership and all persons using the facilities of Red Fox pursuant to this membership are bound by and shall comply with any and all Rules and Regulations of Red Fox, as they be amended from time to time.
